I would reserve judgment until the trial is unblinded. The placebo effect is a powerful thing. Still, he will know if he can do things he couldn’t do before, or access ranges of motion or loading that had been inaccessible due to pain. Good luck to him and keep us updated. For me the improvements at week four were just the beginning.
