    April 11 XX (Reuters) -

    Australia's top gold miner Newcrest Mining Ltd (NCM) said on Tuesday that Newmont Corp NEM.N had raised its buyout offer by 16% to A$32.87 per share, representing an enterprise value of A$30 billion ($21.26 billion).
