Yes I guess Mgmt approached major holders and didn't get positive feedback on say 1-2mill placement + SPP.. or maybe they want to reward smaller holders aka you hold $30k less and now can double+ your holding for 7.2c

...POD one of my smallest holding so most likely will take up the full 30k worth ... glad I waited to add (like we know other S/Hs have).. I do really like POD's longer term future esp. when PGMs come back on the radar for many investors as we have seen in the PM space as GOLD breaks A$3koz ... surely PGMs will have their time in the sun once again
