I think they did get their toming wrong but my understanding is that once you have built a marketplace increasing its size isnt anywhere near as expensive as building the base. I also think that in hard times these marketplaces get more sctivity as people meed to find cash for things or down size.
I have fone the nsughty thing and paid 0.5c more than the cap raise so that I get what I want. I hate SPP. I much rather have accelerated rights.
