Luke's appointment has worried me since it was first announced.
Its quite a confusing situation as I assume Brian was in some way involved in the recruitment process. Luke has no mining experience which is in stark contrast to Brian who only has experience in the mining.
Im waiting to see how he performs as I dont understand how he can talk specifically to various performance measures like costs as they relate to mining ops which is something Brian did as a very experienced mining exec.
