Yes this is correct but equally one could argue that they are using NWE's funds for wells that benefit the majority of shareholders in NWE! As AI99 said minority shareholders are being snookered into a corner. Having had this type of situation hit me in the past I share your frustration but unfortunately the odds are heavily stacked against you. IMO if MIN deem the minority shareholders of NWE to be an annoying pain in the a%se in the future, then they will obviously bring out the standard artillery of further capital raisings for further exploration and more funding for capex. My only advice is have a clear exit strategy and be prepared to move on. Good luck.
