There seems to be a lot of risk entering a position to make a gain on the arbitrage, which may see this fall to around $29 AUD.
POG is near highs at the moment, say it falls to 1800, when Newmount shares were worth just $43.61USD - this would imply a takeover of $27.866 AUD (including dividend). On the other hand, if POG stays the same, you can expect $32+.
Too risky for me at the moment.
