Maybe focus on the buy side currently smashing the sellers on screen by about 4 to 1. The likelihood of significant announcements in the coming days. There will be great liquidity in the coming days, if your investment timeframe is for days only...maybe a chance to sell...if you think the company will be valued at more than 1 point something cents in the coming weeks/years...a great chance to buy.
