Given they expense everything (most internally built systems are not capitalised), the debt is certainly sustainable. They're turning a respectable profit, even with interest rate increases. The expansion of Working capital seems to have finished, and they're actively reducing that - so the interest bill should fall, all else being equal.
I see no reason why they can't continue in this fashion, provided they raise capital (as always) for large capex - like the warehouse expansion.
