What you say is quite right ..and the slow moving giant that Newmont is , it will take time to work out what ( if anything ) , it wants to divest .
That will suit ALK , with its time frame of starting to upscale Tomingley Extension production from Roswell , late this calender year .
More rigs exploring its own Boda Tenements and further resource drilling at Tomingley South , and bound to find more copper/gold ore on what it already owns .
Newcrest eveoling into Newmont's hands , cranks up an entire new perspective in this immediate area .
