Whats keeping NHC price down, as well as TER and WHC is the short sellers. As long as you have a plan for your buying the stock then it should be fine. My plan is the dividends for the long term meaning the next 2 - 3 years. Excellent returns. If you looking at taking the dividends and making money on the stock value you may need to wait a while. Understand how the short sellers work is the key when to buy and sell, not just with NHC but also other stocks.
