It's great to read CPN has a legal team on the go. Thanks. And I understand that questions on the matter will be raised at the OZL meeting on Thursday - friends attending. I'd like to see both CPN and OZ be open about the issue. As for me, I'll participate but can't go for the $30k.
On the cap raise and the discounted SP, I have a theory that Greg is confident of good news coming and so hopefully the new shares will soon be in the money.
