Looks like they are angling for a deal which makes perfect sense.
The company is moving into late stage development and without a deal they can’t fund the late stage program.
A deal would validate Efti and allow a CR if also needed at a reasonable price. Alternatively we may sell the lot.

In this market without a validating deal it would be very difficult to raise sufficient funds at this stage of development without burning off the existing shareholders.

I’m not sure a deal in the current market will satisfy long suffering shareholders so hopefully they delay until after current trials mature a bit more. But unfortunately the company is not cashed up which makes our negotiating hand weak atm. Perhaps a partial deal of some sort can keep us going deeper into the trials without selling family silver for a song in this dud market.
