I Think this answers most of what this company is about - they don't intend to create short term shareholder value. What a cock up for promoting the entitlement offer. Sums it up !! what Bob really thinks. Also no mention about what most shareholders are asking - why put money into this stock when the board and in particular the Chairman don't care about shareholders and the lack of trying to get the options into play. Pathetic communication and promotion by the directors and the Chair.
