it is weird that the ASX and ASIC go after small retailers trading 30k parcels but a company like this has not been investigated one bit. Like how many red flags has this thing done and yet nothing. Not even an inquiry. How much people have lost money here, thousands and thousands of dollars, yet some small smuck gets done for a 30k trade lol. Priorities?
If this delists, its not ASX problem any more, then shareholders will get nothing so they out of the picture. So whose going to complain. Liquidators wind it up and Directors walk out bruise free after collecting monster wages for over 4 years. Not a bad job hey
Full disclaimer I lost money on this dog as I thought the acquisition was good at the time. If I knew the Director of the old company would sell after her shares were no longer escrowed I would think twice investing here. But how is a small retailer suppose to know these deals. Each deal, same thing happens. Big payout, old directors sell shares, company lasts for another year etc etc. So unfair this game hey
