    Hi @leasx and @hanabi,

    Yes. Important words in the announcement clip above are 'aggregate' and 'extent'.
    They infer that the two SPP Application amounts will be summed together.
    If the total exceeds $30k then the excess will be declined, leaving a residual Application amount.

    This residual Application amount will then be also subject to scale-back (if any) and any excess also declined.
