I doubt very much if anyone would consider a take over offer on 3D results only. Need to wait till drilling a successful hole IMO. Then you need to consider what equity PCL will retain after first hole is "successful". Do we raise more funds to maintain 20% equity in a second hole or give WDL a further 10% for a free carry on the second hole. There may be a suitor interested but the equity position is getting a bit skinny for another major to consider taking out PCL. Never say never though!
