The notion of sale for the battery division is high in my expectation.
For a couple of years Anteo has manned stands and promoted to the battery market in Europe and USA to the point that many “collaborators” have been able to trawl the Anteotech patents -related to silicon inclusion- now granted in the major regions of the world.
The patents I have studied are registered in the name of an Anteotech energy subsidiary daughter company include mention of future battery generations, solid state and super capacitors.
I cannot imagine that after validating the AnteoX and anode performance, the majors in this domain will settle to be at the behest of a little Ozzie downunder calling the shots in the exciting energy sector. In addition to performance the technology sports many green flags in addition to transition to maximise silicon enablement.
In discussion at the recent AGM, the Board, management, and knowledgeable shareholders mentioned planned focus in other sectors that offer huge prospects for development.

As mentioned before, I would expect that an auction could emerge if a substantial offer landed on the table.
