people seem a bit hung up on the deadline as well. as if it would matter. simply getting a deadline extension would be easy enough. I'm sure we would have heard a lot more about it by now if the deadline was any sort of an issue for the ASX.

It's impossible for AVZ to communicate with stakeholders and the DRC gov in its current state and expect constant disclosure. Even the last decree wasn't communicated back to AVZ on the date or prior to being actioned. simply the DRC gov has zero care for the ASX disclosure rules(they barely have any care for their own laws as it is)
