Umm... so they are paying massive overs on a project that has nothing but outcrops, skinny widths and hope. Well done to the previous owners for cashing in on the hype created by PMET and over zelous Australian gold cum lithium hunters. What was it Kerry Packer said... you only get one Alan Bond in a lifetime? They may have just found theirs.
I note no escrow period has been set for newly issued dilutive stock...I'd be keeping an eye on that date once known.
