As long as AVZ remain in a cone of silence and are unable to update the Market , AVZ shall remain in suspension . AVZ will remain suspended until such time as the ASX is satisfied with AVZ's disclosure obligations . So I guess we are suspended until AVZ can provide the ASX / Shareholders with more info . Then ASX will release AVZ from the ASX's suspension and allow AVZ to either continue with it's own suspension or recommence trading .As we all know AVZ has no intention of updating the market while it is under hostile threat for obvious reasons . So the long and short of it is AVZ will not be trading again until they are good and ready . The only difference is now AVZ doesn't have to keep updating the market it won't be trading . AVZ doesn't have to say sh1t until it is good and ready .
