Just going to throw it out there for better or for worse. ASX has put us into suspension because they didn't like AVZ's response (point 19 or so??) which was specifically in relation to Listing Rule 3.1 because AVZ can't provide an answer without divulging, for lack of better words, confidential information relating to an ongoing international court case. And so they've refused to answer.
Bullshit response in my opinion, and I'm not on the cheerleader squad calling this a positive at all. But to me it just seems like the ASX responding to being declined specific information. AVZ would've been advised from their legal team not to disclose anything, thereby not meeting ASX requirements, and they've put us into a forced suspension as a result. Realistically they probably should have done this a while ago.
On the plus side they won't need to keep releasing 'voluntary suspension extension' anns cause we're now in forced suspension. A nice little cycle which can't be broken until AVZ can meet the disclosure rules, which won't be until everything is resolved one way or another...
