    It is possible that ASX who cannot impose a penalty for breaches of continuous disclosure could refer this to ASIC - Maybe worth looking at what the possible financial penaltie$$$ for breach of listing rule 3.1 are ? - it never pays to get t00 cocky buggsy it may come back to bite you.
