LSF did have a bad period with a deep discount and poor performance- it is some time back but they have certainly put thst behind them. However as they are a long and short not a long with a few short the risk is higher in my opinion. WLE has performed well but so did BKI a decade ago then they started raising 15% every few years to get over the $billion and since then I dont rate them.
I think there is a natural size of a fund given the types of stock the manager wants to invest in. The rest of the W funds seem to be getting it a bit wrong. I am wondering if this one that is performing will be pushed until they break that as well.
