btb, Unfortunately I do not think IVR will be a T/O for numerous years.
A contarian view, but I recently sold out after a long chat with a mate re IVR (did some GEO work for Andrew, check sums). Great potential but years away from being a mine. Just enjoy the POS ride up, but there may become a sell time. IMO.
This is not to inflame people, just an opposing view, when compared to other silver plays in ASX listed silver plays, SVL, BML, AQI, MMA, S32.
My reasoning for not a T/O target, cons.
PFS stated IRR was only 5years from memory
Does not have mining approval (1-2yrs away)
Does not have PEPR approval (2-3yrs away)
Resource needs to improve (mostly likely to happen, agreed with Apollo and satellites)
REE will not be exploited
Other interest in NT, Tungsten (possible cash burn in a bear market)
SVL and BML both having mining approval, but higher capex, still need to do FID, but years ahead of IVR. So these 2 would be a prime T/O target.
Pro's.
Easy to mine
Low CAPEX
Close to ports in the gulf
Pro mining State
BOD are a good bunch, so I'm told!
As stated, not to imflame, just balance, as there are some GOOD bloggers here, hence I still read IVR threads.
