Unfortunately, I doubt debt option could be put in place before the coffers run dry for a couple reasons being, that at this stage the offset wells haven't been drilled which let's face it, if we get the approvals this month, they won't actually be drilled for another month or possible two after. They also need to prove up flow rates to produce the helium which at this stage we don't even know so what we can actually produce that is salable is a question make. Also, there's yet to be an offtake agreement for the sale of any of the helium. Together, I think there's still some inherent risk that if I'm a lender I'd still be questioning how the company intends to service the facility given its propensity to make grandiose milestone statements that have been routinely missed.
