how do you know when OBL is going to rally?

someone puts up a massive million or two options for sale and gets taken out within minutes . . . . . i have seen this a few times when the stock has rallied. . . . you suddenly get a big sell order on OBLOA at a strange price and it gets taken out by someone. . . i am not sure if this is a signal amongst those who trade this stock or not . . . . but it has happened a few times now . . . so, if i had any money left i would be buying OBL / OBLOA at these prices because I think there is a good 30-40% rally comming this week . . . . assuming that the markets behave.
