I championed a buy back a while ago when they had close to $40m cash. Even if they bought back 10-15 million worth they still would have had plenty of cash left in the bank ~ 20m for all the projects that have and reduced the registry by ~200+ million or so. Not to mentioned the increased share price that would have resulted.
Boggles the mind we are still here.
