The NWE SP will continue to track MINs. If it drops below traders will buy and convert. This result has hurt MIN big. They may withdraw the offer. More likely they will await the result of NED. If NED is a duster it will take them 3 days to withdraw the offer. If they then withdraw the offer they will own say 85% of an entity with an uncertain future. No man’s land. If they withdraw the offer before NED and it’s a winner they will have to renew an offer. I guess the big question is how does this result reflect on the COS of NED. I would probably withdraw the offer now and wait the outcome of NED as this would put me in the control position.
