annual report claim re birsca debt

    Righto. As the other thread degenerated into an uncontrollable farce and has been rightly 'locked' , I would encourage comments on this thread as to the Birsca fee payable date and any 'red flags' this may raise with holders generally.

    Here is the link to the Annual Report 2009 , refer page 44:

    As we know , the most recent quarterly and announcement of 18th May state that the Birsca fee was/is now payable by 30th June this year , 6 months ahead of what the A/R reported.

    There are serious issues here. Was the annual report misleading? If so , did it result in losses by those whom may have relied on its validity? Are there other 'errors and ommissions in the A/R , and if so , what?
