What's particularly funny about this move by the Vic govt is as part of it, they're building a "drunk tank" for people found drunk in public to be taken to sober up. Here's the amusing part though, you have to consent to being taken to the "drunk tank", I wonder how many will consent? Also, can you legally give consent if you're that drunk? lmao
