Saylor contact Advanced Share Registry, they stuffed up on the shortfall issue. They placed under individual names as issued sponsored shares instead of simply placing them as Chess sponsored shares. You now will probably have to do what I am in the process of doing and do an off market transfer into the correct account and then transfer to Chess sponsored.
It is a right mess and PEN management has pushed ASR to sort it out with the ones they issued incorrectly.
Incredible that ASR could make such a basic error. I started the process this week and should be sorted in about 2 weeks.
