I don't think it is that simple, the RST only kicks in after 6% (NPBT) then a 40 - 60 split from there. Other complications is tax deductibility only claimable from gate sales on, meaning they have to sell/ship the ore before tax deduction allowed, impacting construction and set up costs deductibility. Thats basically as I (a laymen) see it. No doubt better minds could give clearer explanation.
