No need for a "further deal".
The way I see it, it's pretty simple.
Once the carbonate plant is up and running, all spod gets sent there. Anything left, then falls under the terms of the initial offtake with PLL, and that's LOM (and I highly doubt there will be surplus).
So once carbonate is producing, there is no need for any deals, as the JV gets the income.
