Mate i don't want to sound too cynical but we need to forget about those 'ethical' slogan - to me purely BS. Side question - how do you even define 'ethical' even? Just because it is made in China/or let's say Vietnam/ Mexico where common people earn $5 per hour makes you feel more ethical, compared to Congo? Stop being hypocrites please.
For a junior exploer like COB, getting into operation in any measure ASAP is their priority. Without operations - no matter what kind - everything is a pipedream.
Joe is doing the right thing. What does COB have?
1. Resources: BHCP
2. Technologies/IP: refinery and waste stream.
If we are stuck at 1, just find a way to move 2 into a commerical operation.
Be pragmatic.
