Noumi is stil trading on the ASX, is that appropriate given the litigation, do the Periches think they can get out of the line of fire somehow? Who are the solicitors acting for Noumi? I assume that the executives who have departed the company have not left town and should take the fall.. but yeah the company itself and its top brass should take full responsibility for everything, keep their eyes open and watchful ... where to from here?
