With current negotiations going on with offtake it could be some company that wants supply of future metals. There's been talk of increased activity in mergers and acquisitions with metal companies. Car manufacturers looking for long term supply contracts of metals. There's alot of people involved. All I can tell you that the company was queried by disallowed why the share price went up. This stock could go alot higher and I mean alot higher.
