I recommend new investors consider the due diligence completed by institutional investors when making the decision to invest at $5.
The suggestion this stock will revert to penny stock status is to assert the DD undertaken was fundamentally flawed, they all got it completely wrong.
I certainly wouldn't say each analyst/investor was fully informed in the hypothetical sense, but I'd suggest most would be far more informed than the average punter and therefore their decision to invest at $5 is important and can be viewed as an indicator of fair value (risk adjusted) as at the date of the SPP.
