I think removing the board is a tad extreme at this point, given we have a world class discovery and that the issues that have occurred aren't management fault it's a bit extreme. Sovereign risk in Cuba will exist given the nature of politics there and geological risk is inherent in oil and gas exploration. If anything more oversight at the board level might be needed so things run smoother concurrently here and in Cuba. Board members need to be AICD accredited with solid experience.

I will give management the benefit of doubt at this point, but I would expect that disclosure needs to be improved and it comes down to communication with stakeholders.
