Thanks for posting that. Selling on the products is a huge part of this. One big point in PWN's favour is that anything sold is a saving in waste disposal, which is value above and beyond the market price. How will things be viewed if they take business away from local producers, especially if they get there by undercutting? Will there ever be enough product being produced to make export a viable option? Perhaps cooperation between companies to combine output. Who knows.
Andrew is right in that the technical issues are only a part of this problem.
