I contacted Computershare today and confirmed the email system is a bit sketchy, and some emails don't get delivered, which is extremely unhelpful.
I've checked my spam folder and unable to locate the email
I asked for a 2nd one to be sent and I have also sent off the original form today in the post, so hopefully by COB Monday I'll see something actionable.
