The following is a list of announcements that IHL is planning on making in CY23 H1. The green ones have already come out - the yellow ones relate to todays announcement although, they are not quite the milestones as far as I can see (so they are highlighted in yellow and not green - I should have studied visual communications...talk about skills
).
Initially the plan was to have Pre IND meetings with the FDA for all three of the yellow highlighted milestones. Todays announcement relates to engaging a really strong and capable third party, in part to help draft pre IND submissions for both the EMA and FDA (which they are currently in the process of doing). I am unsure of the exact timeline for these things but presumably the submissions get lodged with the EMA and FDA and if appropriate, the EMA and FDA will agree to meet....hard to see this happening between now and 30 June 2023 given we haven't yet finished the submissions. If someone else knows how these things work, it would be great to get your views.
To me it feels like the list of milestones might be slipping a bit and that may well weigh on the share price in the short term.
We still have 42x and IHL-675A news which is expected to drop this half so there is still alot happening. And from my perspective, I am a long term holder and I believe that IHL has the goods to make a big difference to people suffering from a whole bunch of nasty health issues so my long term view has not changed. But I am a bit concerned if the Board sets out timelines for milestones and then misses quite a few of them......which is what we might be looking at here.
On the flip side, if they are going to deliver on all milestones for H1, it is going to be a very busy 77 days!!!
