So this will be CheckVacc results, presumably from patients in Cohort 3. Given this is in patients with Metastatic TNBC, if there are any CR's to report the whole world will take notice, but even any PR's would be an excellent result. Personally I would just love to see some evidence of the abscopal effect taking place. Given the Checkvacc study is by IT administration only, if they can show any scans where CF33 has gone from an injected tumour, into the bloodstream, and then entered and replicated in an untreated tumour, it would be wonderful news. I think if we see this it would be a very positive sign for the future success of the Vaxinia (especially IV) and Oncarlytics trials.
There should still be some room to move on dosing in this trial too as Cohort 3 is not necessarily the highest dose that can be used.
