    The buying yesterday and today pushing this from 51 c to 57c shows a certain desperation. If the buyer just wanted a blocking stake I think they would have achieved this already and they wouldn’t need to be so desperate ie if they haven’t quite reached the 20% then they would be close and would still have Mon and Tuesday to do it. I don’t think it’s an attempt at a blocking stake. GLTAHs
