ASX Listing Rule 3.1 requires that a company inform the market immediately of any price sensitive information, except in very specific circumstances.
Irrespective of this it is not a criminal offence to be in possession of inside information, however it is an offence to use use it, directly or indirectly. Eg the latter by procuring a third party to use information.
NKP cannot in any way control how a person on a forum may use such information should the company have imparted it, and hence would be have a case to asnswer.
I for one do not believe a company such as NKP would impart any price sensitive information to any person on HC. However a person may misunderstand the nature of the information they are receiving, ie that it is already in the public forum.
