If the company is certain that any information cannot be used for financial advantage ,I believe they have done nothing wrong .
NKP is in suspension and any information passed on cannot be used ,so NKP has done nothing wrong ,and nobody is in the poo . I also believe Steven had the best intentions ,both toward the company and fellow Hotcopper posters .

Some shareholders will have a trusting realationship with a company .

I have never seen any share price anomalies pior to anouncements in NKP ,and this indicates a tight ship in this regard .
