LTR (in terms of the physical asset) has excellent prospects, I agree. Just a question of who gets to lay claim to it's ownership
But you don't have to be a rocket scientist to see an issue with the risk reward from these SP levels. If that ALB offer gets pulled, some people are going to be left with their pants down (obviously this won't be the long termers who are sitting pretty).
~40% drop on the cards if ALB pulls out.
