There are definately ways people can at least try to circumvent any systems and rules put in place to stop people gaining advantage from unreleased information etc but even if you succeed the penalties can be harsh so you've got to be pretty confident in your scheme, stupid, or have a high tolerance for prison food to attempt it.
I am surprised they have not developed some kind of double blind system analogous to medical trials to mask the link between sample origin and the assay results so it's a lot harder for at least some participants in the process to take advantage of it. I guess it's not that big a problem.
