    I don't know why so many fixate on the 60c when we have already closed today little under 60c today. Folks, if we don't believe ourselves that ESS is worth at least $1, then we shouldn't be surprised if our management gives away our company for 50c to retire. Our goal should be $1.
    I don't know what MIN will offer, but they certainly know that ESS is worth more than 60c.
