I think you are both wrong. If ALB walk away the SP will drop. To $2.50, don't think so, many have jumped onboard expecting a higher offer that there will be a nass exodus. To $1.50, don't think so either. The stock was clearly undervalued at that level. Most Li stocks are selling below valuation (market still factoring a drop in Li price). I expect the SP to be around $2. As holding shares us a form og gambling, my 2c worth is that the downside is $2 and the upside $3.50 (this gives the stock a fair price for it's current position).
